What are the qualities of a tutor?

A tutor is someone who cares. Different students don’t learn in the same ways, so a tutor needs to adapt their tutoring practices and always try to think outside of the box. If you are a tutor, it is because you are very knowledgeable in a particular subject, and you want to take the time to understand the academic needs of those who will need it.
