When you purchase a membership/course, we collect the following information:

This information is required to create and activate your member account


When providing your account details, you will be asked to  give a range of personal information which will be viewed by employers when you apply for a job. This information will also be passed to ITA website admins.

By giving us your contact details, by either enquiring via email, or because you have purchased a course/membership, or applied for a job, we assume that we can send you further marketing material, informing you of new products, promotions and news that may be of interest to you.

When you purchase a course/membership, we never hold financial information on your behalf, as all financial transactions are placed with PayPal. PayPal is recognised the world over as a form of secure payment and all transactions are made securely on PayPal’s servers.

Data transmissions using the internet can at times be insecure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

When you purchase a membership with ITA you will be issued with a member number. The password and username details should be kept confidential, and as a user, you are responsible for this.


You can have your personal data corrected if inaccurate, or erased. There is no charge for this. This can be done in writing via email at [email protected]
